Hi.
My awning that's controlled by the One Control system isn't working. When I try extending the awning, I can hear what sounds like a solenoid clicking on and off on the multi-function board in the cargo area ceiling. I'm unable to verify if there's power going to the awning because I can't seem to figure out where the wires terminate on the awning itself. I manually extended the awning about a foot to see if I could find the wires going to the motor but can't get to that terminal. If the motor wires are connected to the multi-function board, I'm not sure where those are since I don't have a schematic.
Lippert wasn't much help on the first call because they want me to verify power is going to the awning. Anyone experience anything like this? I don't have the smart arm awning. Just curious if anyone can suggest what to look for on the multi-function board. I verified the fuse in the breaker box is good but there's several on the multi-function board and have no idea where to start (Lippert said pull all of them one at a time to see if any are bad but that seems cumbersome).

I wish I can tell you exactly what is wrong. This happened to me on my second trip out last year. It was down a rough gravel road about 4 miles with really bad washboard. I tried at the control board and with the app while in the basement wiggling wires. I gave up and setup the rest of the camp. Went back and after a couple of tries, it worked. It has never been an issue since then.

It’s a long shot but maybe turn power off to the board and turn it on again at the battery shutoff. You just never know!

It sort of make me MAD about LCI person asking if you had power to the awning !!! I believe I would have stated yes, I turned on the switch or depressed the switch heard clicking noise, can you send me a multi meter to check voltage !! Sorry I'm not to forgiving about Techs asking questions such as what you have already told them , you know it's not working, you have per your comments told them already that you hear clicking noise from the awning already ... It sort of reminds of a car dealer asking the question when calling the about your car not starting an asking did you turn the Key LOL Ugh !!!
In the past they have had allot of problems with LCI awnings, at one time Kz stop putting on the automatic type LCI awnings because all the trouble they were having ... One of the members on this form had his awning fixed at least four different times do to water getting into the switch on the awning ... So I believe I would ask your dealer to look at the awning or a RV tech or ask LCI if there is a dealer near you that can look at the awning ... Sometimes you can get faster service by ask the MFG where they have a providing service rep rater than going back to the Kz dealer ... Point in case, we had a furnace go out the 1st week we had our trailer, our dealer said that it would be two possibly three months before they could get us in, called Kz CS an they said call MFG of furnace, we did an they sent us to a RV dealer not 10 miles from our house an had it repaired in a week .... So you see you at times depending on what it is you can go to just about any RV dealer depending on what it is an possibly get something fixed besides your Kz dealer ... Safe Travels Chuck
