Hi, on manual our fan only runs high regardless whether we have it set on low or high. When we have set to AC it does not run on low at all. It only runs on high. Has anyone else had this issue? Any ideas what is the cause? Dealer tells me it is normal to run this way

This is unusual but I think your dealer may be right. Your A/C probably has a single speed fan motor. KZ (and most RV Mfgs.) will use the same model switch panel, T-stat and other components across several models. Our bedroom T-stat has a low and high fan setting, but only one fan speed.

That makes sense, it's the same T-stat as our former camper. I figure the last thing I will check is the wiring of the T-stat just to be sure no issue there.

Quick update for anyone with same issue. I talked to the manufacturer (Coleman Mach) & they confirmed I should have both high & low fan speeds. They suggest it is likely not wired correctly or the board on the thermostat is bad. It is wired correctly at the t-stat end, will check AC Unit end when I get home from my trip

If you have the analog thermostat, I had the same problem. I replaced the analog with the Coleman digital model. Same wiring and works correctly. Also, much more accurate temps.
