2018 241RLK. Heater SW6DEL.Initially replaced element thinking it was shot. I have power to the circuit breaker and leaving it but no power at the element. I checked switch on outside of heater and verified with ohm meter it does have a closed circuit when on. I don't have power at the thermostat either. The second switch in bathroom is on and lit. Any thoughts on cause. Gas side works fine.

Here is a good thread that should help you: linkThank you. Lots of good info in there. I've checked all items listed and all checkout ok. I've checked for 12 volt to the relay mounted on the outside of the heater which switches the 120v on and off and I've got no power there. 120v is hot but not the 12v sending to operate tje relay. I've pulled the 11v switch from the KIB panel in bathroom and it checks out as functioning. Seems I might have a break in the 12v wire somewhere in wall. This should be fun.

The thermostats (2) under the black buttons one gas one electric. Pull it out and look for rust under, clean and reinstall and see if it works, those thermostats need a good ground. I bought new, about $15 each and went up 10*.
