You're getting humid air in there, so your door isn't creating a proper seal to keep air out. That would be my guess anyway.

As been said, you have an air leak. You can do the dollar trick to see where the gasket is not sealing. You close the door with a dollar bill between the gasket and frame. Gently pull the dollar & work your way around the door. When you get to the area where the seal is not sealing, the dollar will pull out easier. As to why the gasket isn't could be door adjustment or the gasket is damaged.

You should keep the windows and doors to the trailer closed as much as possible, and the A/C on in humid weather. Then keep the refrigerator door openings to a minimum. Food items need to be sealed to keep moisture from escaping. If the refrigerator does self defrosting, be sure than any drains or pans are clear.

Well, your dealer let you down big time, the PDI was either not done or done in a half way manner. Not to let KZ off the hook, their reliance on dealers to do a competent PDI is foolish. Based on the pictures this looks like a residential refer. While the mounting is for sure KZ's problem, and they or a mobile RV repair should fix that. Why the doors are so out of whack is a good question, but since KZ "installed" it, they (or your lousy dealer) should pay to have the doors adjusted. This isn't an exclusive KZ problem, mounting residential refers and keeping them in one piece seems to be a common issue in the RV world.

Had the same thing happen to us this past weekend. We had guests staying with us and one of them didn't press quite enough to get the freezer door to click to confirm it was latched. Our seal is snug enough we have to give it a solid push right above the latch to get it to lock closed. We have the 8 CU FT Norcold in our rig.
