So easy to lose confidence

started on a trip with the 2021 391.  Problems are mounting,  due to the refrigerator being located in the rear it gets a lot of bounce. but enough to actually break the door shelves with hardly anything on then,   now there is a crack at top of the rear slide, on facebook I've now ween a few people with the same problem, KZ is telling me to take it to the dealership to have repaired, and dealership is onboard with that, but others with exact same issue, KZ  391 back to factory due to Lippert frame problem where Lippert is fixing frame issues and KZ is fixing fiberglass  see message from facebook: ( Randy Iselt

We had the same on a 2021 G391RKQ. it is at the factory for repairs. Crack was due to Camber in the frame. Lippert repaired the frame and KC is repairing the fiberglass now in Shipshewana IN.)  I did message Mark and Darin directly and they advised me to seal the crack with caulk till addressed by dealership. Big question is if Lippert and KZ do not fix the underlying problem regarding the crack and they just patch fix it and it happens again, then what?  putting all of this in writing just in case we need to go back for notes,,,  Damn thing is we love the camper and layout...  what is a 2 year warranty good for if they don't fix things or fix them correctly...  dealership is on board with the fixes KZ is saying ok to, but no date to get it in to be done, plus a 6 hour round trip with diesel prices high,,   will be at the rally this year again  wish I could talk to someone there about this crap

trays in refridg
shades will either not stay down or come down crooked
