Good Morning,
First time on this forum and trying to dig into my new to me 2021 K-Z Durango Gold G382MBQ. It is slightly used (a couple of full-timers upgraded to a bigger unit). I am very frustrated with the OneControl app and touchscreen.
Is there a better manual on how to program this thing? The naming of some items makes no sense whatsoever such as Garage AC. I also can not control the awning attached to the living room slide (there is a switch on the wall, but seems like it should be controllable through the app).
My other complaint is the whole system is painfully slow! Each key press takes several seconds for it to register. The dimming function of the lights doesn't work, they are just on and off.
