I'll be interested to hear what the lawyer thinks about your case. I'm still dealing with sidewall issues because of the work that the same dealer that you have issues with, performed on my Durango.
Lawyering up has crossed my mind.

I don't know if you have read my posts but it's been one thing after another with Tacoma RV ...
1st month we owned trailer furnace went out, called Tacoma RV, they said it would take 3 months before they could get us in, called
furnace Mfg an the sent me to local dealer 10 miles away.. they got us in within a few days an fix problem within a day (Bad circuit
board)
2. Had ripped seal an propane leak 6 months after we had trailer, Tacoma RV said they replace both seal an propane hose's... Got
home to find out propane hose's had not been changed an when closing slide after a rain it look like a water fall inside trailer ...
3. Frig went out at Kz Rally 1st year we had rig, to Kz's credit they had repairman come out an fix frig on a Friday afternoon
an offered to store food at Kz HQ if frig wasn't fixed that day ... I have to say all except the floor problems Kz has stepped up
an fix everything we have ask for, Tacoma RV not so much !!!
4. Complained about rear seal on right side leaking, Tacoma RV RV service writer said I should tilt trailer before closing slide to
solve the problem, I was so mad I stormed out of the door, what I should have done was ask for the owner Ugh !!!
5. Seal problems again, but this time we had de-lamination in walls an floor Tacoma RV said our fault for not checking seals
every year ... I said they were the ones that inspected the trailer every year to keep up our forever warranty ...
Again we went back an had them replace de-lamination in walls an floors to the tune of 8k ... When inspecting the trailer after
they said it was done I opened door an saw the old drill hole from the old MorRyde steps ... I said how can you replace a floor
an still have drill/screw holes from the old floor still in the flooring, their comment was that they re-glued the old stuff down...
I stuck my key in the hole an calls the service writer a layer, it was like water off a ducks back, he said we replaced the floor ...
(two an a half months for repair)
6. before I picked up trailer after the floors were replaced I ask if they had replaced the Water Faust on the kitchen sink, again
the service writer said "were we suppose to do that ", I said on the phone look at your work order ....(one month later they
called an said trailer was done )
7. After I got trailer home, trusting Tacoma RV again ( I know better) I found that the convection / Mic wave oven not work
an the plug were it plugged into shorted out when testing it ... Again I called Tacoma RV an said that the oven was not working,
they said bring it back we will look at it in a week or two, I said hell know, thats another 100 mile round trip...
8. After taking trailer to local RV repair shop I found out that when replacing slid after fixing floor someone had wired the junction
box behind the stove wrong an it was totally black inside the box an was lucky the trailer had not bunt to the ground, again
thank you Tacoma RV !!!!!
9. Now I find that the inner seal on the left rear slide is bad an Tacoma RV said they had to pulled the slide out to repair floor,
would you not think they would have seen such ...
10. Getting back to picking up trailer after floors/walls were fixed the RV service writer told me that they had hit our trailer,
he showed me the place on the noise were it had been repaired an said they had put new sealing on the lower curved part
of the cap ... He had called me a few day earlier an said there was something else he had to show me, I ask why he couldn't
tell me over the ohone, he stated he had to show me .. Well what he showed me was were they had stopped with sealing
the damaged part on the cap an stopped, his statement was you need to re-seal the lower part of the cap an below
the bedroom because it old an needs resealing (were talking maybe a foot an half) again thank you Tacoma RV !!!
I now tell everyone not walk but run away from Tacoma RV, their sales staff for the most part is nice an there is about
three young salesmen that know their stuff, the rest i wouldn't give a plug nickle for !!!!
I have told the people back in Indiana at Kz about Tacoma RV an I'll make no bones about telling them, in fact the service
writer even said that I should take our trailer elsewhere for inspections an service work an was snaky about it ...
Will keep you posted but I'd like to hear from others regarding the service they didn't receive, i'm just one an they
ignore just one voice, but if there are may then they somewhat listen I would hope ...
