Took delivery of a 2022 Connect 241RLK. Has a Suburban water heater SW6DELC, stock number 5224.
Problem is water heater will only work on Gas. I will walk thru everything I have done and know. The control panel has a gas/electric switch. Set it to electric. Outside I can remove the panel to the water heater and there is NO SWITCH on this unit. Several people have suggested the switch outside but there is not one on this model. I have pressed the reset button, and they were not tripped. Checked the breaker and its not tripped. I can hear a click(relay maybe) when I switch to electric(using the phone app to control the RV) I contacted KZ and they said to turn on the switch outside. There is no switch. I called my dealer and they say bring it in(pain in the rear) I believe there is a switch or something to turn on besides the main control panel, but I cant find it. Before I start pulling things out or taking it back to the dealer, is there anyone that has experienced this?
RV has always had water in the fresh tank so I don't believe it ever ran dry, and burned up the heating element.

The DEL models “L” stands for the word “Relay” which means this model requires a switch inside the camper to operate the Electric Side as well as 2nd switch inside that operates the gas side. No switch on the actual water heater itself.
More Info, I pulled the plastic cover from the heating element, and the reset switches.
Element is not open, its showing 30 ohms( or something close to that, I did not record it)
No 120Vac at the element or the switch. I can hear the relay clicking so I guess the power is going to the relay coil, but no power is being switched thru the relay.
I dont really want to drag this back to the dealer but I guess that is where I am going.
