So, we just received word our truck will arrive this Thursday, 4/21 and in about 2 weeks we'll pick up our new KZ 391 from Ski's.
I know we're "prepped" for the Lippert OneControl Hotspot, but we're learning that in order to use said internet system, we MUST use AT&T and MUST use Lippert's data plan, which we will NOT. We don't like being forced by any company to use the product THEY want us to use. We are Verizon customers, have a good plan, and don't want to change.
That all said, we're looking at getting the Winegard 360+ system as we can use any cell provider we want.
Has anyone changed over to this system? What we want to know is can we drop the winegard on the same spot as the Lippert one, and use it's wiring?
The winegard is also capable of not just cell signal for the internet, it can also be used as a wifi to pick up the campgrounds signal, and omni direction TV signal.
We're just wondering if anyone has upgraded to Winegard in place of the Lippert system.
