Living in the Texas heat, I didn't want the plastic control for the fuel station to get faded and/or cracked. I contacted the company that makes it and they didn't have a cover for it. After searching, I bought a Universal Valterra Black Gravity Water Hatch off of ebay. It was a little bigger than needed but not by too much. Cut out a little more than the center of it, removed the lock, added a used knob, then hung it with the hinge on the top (if it should come open, it's still protected). There's already wood underneath the skirting that the switch was screwed into, so just put the new screws in it. This is a lot cheaper than having to replace the control down the road. (Photos needs to be rotated, hinge on top)

Yeah, the sun will destroy just about anything, very clever idea.
