We have the Thomas Payne furniture in our 2021 Durango Gold 391. Has anyone else had problems with the fabric delaminating?

Had their theater seats in the last Escalade with no problems but I hear about that specific issue a lot talking with other owners and some buds at Camping World.

Has anybody had any luck getting KZ to warranty them, not even two years old.

Seems to be an issue across the RV board. Lots of issues in the previous brand we had but we never had an issue with our tri-fold sofa bed or the dinette cushions. I can’t remember the brand of sofa.
Edit: model was a 2013 too.

The only place ours has peeled is where my wife’s nails have scratched it while reaching for the foot release, otherwise no issues. But… we have friends with another brand 5er who have replaced their theater seats because of peeling and now their sofa is doing the same thing. And almost all manufacturers use Thomas Payne because it’s made by Lippert.

The Thomas Payne seating in my 2020 Durango Half-Ton has been flaking where my arm rests and where my head rests. That's on the theater seating. It has flaked on the sleeper sofa too. It looks awful, quite an embarrassment. I called Lippert who was not helpful at all. They wanted me to buy replacement units from them. "It's so much better, we promise". I passed. Now I'm looking at RecPro cloth units. Does anyone have experience with RecPro furniture?
