I read a remark about running the heater fan in regards to distributing the heat. I assumed this was done without the heater actually running, am I correct? I'm not using propane at all and have an electric base board type heater instead, but it doesn't really heat that well when temps drop in the low 30s and below. Lately it's been that.

Running the heater fan without heat isn't really possible, and it wouldn't do much other than blow cold air. Sounds like you need to add a small fan to try to move the warmed air about or if you have the electrical capacity add more baseboard heat. Of course you could use the heater sparingly.

The furnace has to run to pump heat to the lower part of your RV. I posted in another part of the forum, I have two heat ducts from the furnace into the basement.
