Greetings KZ members.
My wife and I are retired and will be full timers come June. We've put a deposit down on a 2022 Durango Gold G391RKF 5th wheel. We're also waiting on our truck to be built, a 2022 Ford F-350 crew cab Diesel Dully. We will be buying the unit from Ski's Truck & RV Sales in Rockville IN.
We started in 1991 with a pop-up, moved to a 24' TT, then a 31' Class C, and we sold our 37' Class A last July but have never had a 5th wheel so we don't assume we know it all but we've had RV experience for sure. I'm sure we'll have questions as we go along waiting for the time we can pick this unit up.
Thanks for letting us join!
Eric.

I grew up about 30 miles from Ski's. My nephew got his sportsmen there, he thought they were good people. That is a very nice trailer, I'm sure you will have great travels and stories to tell! Kirt

Kirt We had a great walk through. They explained how the on demand water heater works and the issues people have at the start due to not getting hot water and what they do to set the temps and pump correctly. They were also kind enough to let us keep it there till our truck is built. We had so many reschedules with Ford now, 5 of them, we're getting a little worried.

From what I see on a couple of Ford specific forums, rescheduling happens a lot. Easy for me to say, but be patient, it will be worth it, that 6.7 will put you back in the seat.

Yes, it will be worth the wait!! That 6.7 backed up by the 10 speed tranny makes pulling a big rv easy! We have a 2020 F350 and we absolutely love the truck.

First of all, welcome to the KZ family, you made a good choice. The feeling my wife and I got while walking through the G358RPQ was the feeling I was hoping for. Excited, anxious and ready to explore this country. The quality was there, the Salesman,(Pat) at Kings Country RV in Wausau made it a joy to buy. We can’t pick it up until April 6. We are from Michigan and the dealer in GR wasn’t ready to deal. We saved close to $30,000 by going to Kings. This is our 5th RV with the last one we sold last August which was a Grand Design Momentum. GD went way down in quality since 2017 and that’s why we picked the Durango Gold.
