We have owned our 321 RKT since June 2021 and have spent about 3 months in it. That’s enough time to get a feel for what works well and how to deal with lesser problems. One lesser issue, that I have been able figure out with the residential refrigerator was how to turn it off when needed for cleaning and so not to drain the batteries. It was as easy as you would except, but it doesn’t turn off at the interior control panel or at the breaker box. Emails to the factory and calls to the dealership didn’t answer it. It wasn’t until I was winterizing the ice maker that I discovered the electrical outlet wasn’t behind the fridge but in the cabinet next to it. Simple, and I felt like a dummy not to check there, surely someone at the factory at dealership had that information. The bigger issue is the shelving and bins, they’re not designed to go bouncing down the road. The shelves bounce out of the standards in the back of the refrigerator when you are in transit. The expensive plastic bins in the door can’t support weight while moving and break. We getting to where we pack coolers and are not using the refrigerator on the road. What’s the point of paying extra for something you can’t use. We really like having a full sized refrigerator when we are setup at a campsite and hopefully someone will have a fix for when we are traveling

I also found the plug for mine under the cabinet. The drain line, I discovered by accident, as mine was stuck in spray foam, only the very end was sticking out. We try and keep as little in the fridge going down the road. We heard many horror stories of shelves breaking this summer, in all brands of trailers. We have a mini fridge in the basement for small daily items, so we shop only for the numbers of days we will be set up. Mine makes ice but no water at the door, a head scratcher for 2 different service mgrs. Kirt

That's not good the shelving doesn't stay. I have the 18cft Norcold RV gas/electric and have never had that issue and it stays loaded all the time, wonder what the shelving difference is. Wife does have baskets inside to hold various items, cheeses, lunch meats, etc.

I have placed extra support strips under shelves in the walk in cosset along with a center support under the long shelf in that cosset, also below the shelf were the washer an dryer goes. There was posted back a little over three years ago about putting a support post under the shelf in the walk in cosset because a few had fallen during traveling .... All supports were glued an screwed, no staples Safe Travels Chuck
