I cannot get power to or from my batteries. Everything else works fine. According to my owners manual on page 77 there is a 30 amp breaker from what looks like the main breaker panel to the batteries. I ca find no such breaker in the mass o wiring. Is there such a breaker switch and where might I find it. No juice comes from the shore power nor the tow vehicle to the batteries and nothing from the batteries but when plug into shore power everything works. The factory was no help. By the way there is no power to the battery disconnect switch. My trailer is a 2017 384 RLT

Trace the positive cable from the battery. It should be connected to a small two terminal block. It's an auto-resetable breaker. Check voltage on both terminals to ground. They have been known to fail.

Unplug the trailer from both the tow vehicle and from shore power.
Check voltage across the battery posts. If over 12 volts, proceed. Check voltage at both terminals of the circuit breaker mentioned above, if it has one, they are often mounted on the tongue. Check voltage at both sides of the master switch if it has one. Cheap ones can fail early. Check voltage at the DC terminals of the fuse panel.
Your failure will be at, or between, the first place that there is no or low voltage.

For an odd reason my KZ had two of these fuse type switches. One on the tongue/frame just below the battery, the other behind the fuse box in the trailer screwed to the wood frame.

I'd like to thank you gentlemen for your help. The problem was the circuit breaker.

look at the bottom of your pantry, you will see a door that you can open, all of your breakers are in that panel, there you will see the 30amp breaker the manual talks about ...
Also check in your battery box an make sure you have the power turned on, even thought you may see the power key turned it may have not been pushed in all the way an then turned to on ...
As well check under pin box where there is wiring connections from your truck to trailer for loose of disconnected wiring in the box, it may effect the other part of the trailer ....

My 12 V breaker is in the front storage next to the hydraulic reservoir.
