My 2021 391RKQ Durango is at the dealer and they are notifying me of roof damage. I'm wondering what type/make/model roof is on the Durango?

My 2018 has a TPO roof. Whether rubber or TPO both are repairable in the field. I would ask to see just how "damaged" the roof is.

It is most likely TPO, did you ask your dealer for pictures?

Easiest way to tell is look at the underside, if the underside is the same color as the top it's TPO. If different color on the bottom from the top it's EPDM. TPO also tends to have a more pronounced orange peel texture on the exterior surface. Both types are easily repaired in the field (depending on the extent of damage). Happy Campin....
