I have been going through this system from top to bottom and cannot figure out what is going on with the Lippert OneControl system. I removed my batteries and had them out of the RV for about a month while I was getting new ones. The new ones are fully charged before putting them back in the RV. The system powers up and shows great voltage. The hydraulic jacks, lights, manual switched awning and pumps all work. I have an inverter in the unit and it turns on and provides 110v AC power just fine. But, when I try to move the slides (living room hydraulic or bedroom), nothing happens. The controller "clicks" acknowledging the request, but nothing happens. The hydraulic pumps actuate for the jacks, but not for the living room slides. When you go in to the settings on the control tablet or the app, it shows all of the devices as "on line". Just slides and awning won't work. Even when connected to the truck, the slides won't work. Batteries and their charge on not an issue. Also, I don't have shore power to plug it in to where it is parked. Any ideas??

So, a couple of questions. First, is your bedroom slide electric, or hydraulic? Second, am I correct in reading in your post that your awnings wont work from the control panel inside the RV? This sounds very similar to what happened with our trailer. In the end, there was damage done to the main control unit mounted to the roof of the basement. Check the breakers in the front compartment by the pump, while there check the fluid level in the tank, with everything closed. You will need to set the camper on the truck and retracted the leveling to check the fluid. Not sure about the awning not working.

Have a 356 RLT, which I need to take in for warranty work. The side slides would not operate. The tech had to pull the one touch pad and disconnect it so the system would do a hard reboot. When plugged back in everything worked fine.
