For the 2011 Escalade and perhaps other models, KZ elected to use Optronics LEDs for stop/turn/running as well as backup lights. At 10 years old, mine were looking a little hazy from UV exposure. A friend in the detail business said they can be renewed just like headlights and the process is simple if you have a high speed buffer and some polishing compound. After removal, I gently clamped the light in a vise and applied some compound...15-20 seconds with the buffer on medium and they look like they are fresh out of the box. New Optronics lights in this same model are still available for around $35/light...or a couple hundred bucks for the back of my Escalade. Got the same result in less than 30 minutes for the cost of my time...
