I’m selling my kZ for trade in or less. Where is a good place to list it? Craigslist, Offerup or Facebook Marketplace for local. RVTrader and RVT for wider dissemination. RVT has a "run 'til it sells" option, but it shouldn't be necessary in this market. I like RVT a lot more than Trader, but Trader is the 600 lb gorilla and has probably 10x the listing and 25x the traffic. RVT's search engine is a =lot= more accurate and gives almost no false hits, whereas Trader's =does= give a lot of false hits and, "we thought you might like these, too" hits, even when you use the advanced search and are searching for =only= one specific model. My last choice for selling, mostly because I don't like them as well as never having sold a vehicle there, is evil-bay. As for CL, there is also a site that will search =every= CL listing in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Amazon and evil-bay. It's at searchtempest.com. You =can= target a radius or go nationwide (ZZ Top reference, there) to find what you're looking for. You will get a LOT of false hits, but you can use the search to look for 20xx XYZ Model ABC, -ford, -chevy, -ram, etc. If you save a search, you only need to set it up one time and just tweak it as needed. I've found that Offerup is more like a yard sale. People will =really= try and beat you down on prices, then get pissy when you won't budge. Also OU is mobile-based, so you can't actually =work= on a computer, but you can check messages. FB is really coming on and I've sold stuff there that's been on CL and OU far longer. Lyle

I listed our previous travel trailer on Marketplace and sold it in 4 hours. I listed it for low retail and the buyer did not balk at the price. I listed it a 3pm, buyer called at 5pm and they drove an hour to get here before anyone else bought it. I had 4 others that were interested in it and had a "NO HOLDS without deposit" statement in the ad.

I just sold a house in 2 days on Market Place. There is also app Cplus that works on craigs list, set parameters and do the search.

I just sold a 2015 bumper pull toy hauler on RV Trader. I chose that one because every time I did a search on the internet for a specific make and model, RV Trader was the first thing that came up. LOTS of views, lots of traffic. I will tell you I have absolutely ZERO experience with any other option listed except RVT, and I didn't care for it as much.

LOTS of views, lots of traffic. I will tell you I have absolutely ZERO experience with any other option listed except RVT, and I didn't care for it as much. As I said, Trader is the 600 lb gorilla, but their site is, IMO, dated and they push paid ads =hard=, which is where most of the false hits come from. When I was listing my old Komfort, I had some concerns and suggestions, and their CS attitude each time I called (about 4x in 2 years), was arrogant and put-offish. On the auto side, I've been complaining for at least 3 years when looking at trucks, that they don't have a bed length option, so my saved searches keep giving me long beds and duallies, which I do NOT want. Wastes my time. Again, same attitude when I've aske for a simple search option to be added. Lyle

Up here in Canada we have Kijiji but lately we have had better luck with FB Marketplace. I’ve also had good luck just parking stuff at the end of my driveway. I’m in the country and live on a fairly busy highway. Back in April I sold my camper in a day. In May I parked my 1/2 ton truck and the end of the driveway and it only took less than a day.

I rally like Craig's List as it manly locals. Beside the house about I have sold cars, 28 Ft cabin boat, generators, and a host of other things. Also bought as I can see what I'm buying before I buy.
