My guess is that is the place where you can manually crank the slide room in or out. If there was an external propane connection, it would be under the frame, out in the open, as you don't want "hide" connections in an enclosed place, like the underbelly. This is why the propane piping & connections are under the frame.

My 241 RLK has a rear kitchen so it may be different but there are two propane quick connects on the side towards the back of the trailer. Have you looked to see if they are there on the 261RB?

261RB has a propane quick connect at the back a bit past the door. If it is like mine, the rubber cap will not have been put on well (if at all), so the connector will be full of road dirt and grime.

If you have a factory installed propane connection, you will see a fitting similar to this facing out, attached to the bottom of the frame.

I Haven't seen a hydraulic fitting to supply power to retract slides, but that doesn't mean it hasn't been or couldn't be done.. If I remember right, Lippert does provide an allen wrench-hole at the motor end of the pump where you can drive the pump with a drill -if the coach builder positioned the pump so you could get to it. In the old days, the pumps had a set up like a bottle jack, you turned a valve, then using a handle you pumped until all the slides were in. Yeah, a good time I am sure.

Yes there is a place for the allen, (not supplied) and not very accessible, I carry an electric and an 18V drill but I don't think I can get to the pump. I have this problem I'm calling mobile RV repair.

We have a 2021 261RB and the quick disconnect was already there. Maybe they were not in 2019 model year. My problem was finding a way to by-pass the regulator for our grill, which expected high pressure propane, not low pressure. I had to use long high pressure hose from front tanks. Our grill doesn't have an option to by-pass the grill regulator. The RV regulator only puts low pressure gas in the lines. Some grills and fire pits have adapter kits so they can accept low pressure from RV's
