Those of you that own Gold models (other models may have this also) that have the spare tire mounted under the unit. Did your rig come with a wrench or handle to crank the winch up and down? Mine did not have one and when I asked the dealer the response I received was "some models do and some do not". That seems kinda sketchy to me.

My 2021 Durango D250RES did not come with a tool. It uses a 3/4” socket anyways which I always have. I can use my Dewalt impact gun or drill driver anyways.

My old Komfort used the 3/4" wrench for the manual rear stabilizers and the spare. My current KZ has the same 3/4" crank handle for the spare tire. Lyle

My 2018 came with a lightweight crank that I wouldn't bother with, I would go right to my cordless driver.
Translation of the dealer's comment that some models do, some models do not: We probably lost it, you're lucky to have a spare tire.

I'd complain about that, and be making snarky comments on how they not expect is to crawl underneath to drop a spare. Lyle

Yeah I know I can use my cordless drill. Call me crazy but when I purchase something new I expect to receive everything with it. Even it its a $.10 item. I paid for it I should get it.

mine came with tool but I prefer using a ratchet & socket. Buying another crank handle, and cutting it off to use in my cordless drill, is on my "roundtuit" list. Been on there for, oh, 15 years, or so. :-) Lyle

I just turned 64 and my only real problem is bad shoulders. With time, and care, I can still change a tire. Lyle
