It's gonna be mounted really close to your freshwater tank. Looking at where your city water connection is in the back on the door side, try looking under the bottom bunk. Usually they're noisy enough that you can't miss em but your rig being new and a quite pump is a good thing. Otherwise look in your basement storage compartment. It may be behind a thin movable panel that protects it from getting hit by stuff that's stored in the compartment.

I have the 2020 201 BH -- and My pump is between the Fresh Tank and the hot water heater under the bottom bunk -- Sounds like your dealer skipped over the pump and such on your delivery checklist !! if ya want -- I have a video I took on my delivery if you would like -- KZ made it REALLY EASY to do (winterize) well at least on mine !!! send me a note at afzski@yahoo.com , and I'll send !!

I found it! in the 2nd place I looked. it does have the suction hose to suck anti-freeze out of the jug and water heater shut-off so the water heater doesn't have to fill.
Hopefully will get to go camping before I have to winterize it.
