Ok so 2018 Gold 366. Have it to dealer to have some work done. They moved it outside where it has been sitting for 6 days. Went to move it back in and batteries were dead. Charged batteries and moved unit in. When they moved it in the front jacks went all the way down so nose is down and the back jacks extended all the way. Now the jacks won’t work at all. Slides work, batteries are at 13.4. Pump will not run for leveling. Help?!

My random opinion is the dealer isn't telling you the whole story, they did something that freaked the leveling system out. When my system (ground control 3, not the same system, but the same guys probably wrote the software) runs out of stroke, it errors out. Have you killed the power to everything? A hard reset might wake the leveling portion up.

I agree with nvguy. Disconnect the battery by physically removing the wires, let it sit for a couple minutes with no shore or battery power and then reconnect the battery. That should cause a reset to the leveling system.

Well they tried the hard reset and no luck. Said they talked to Lippert and the board is out. Trying to get a new one. Who knows how long that will take! Grrrrrr…

Well, good thing it was at the dealer and not stuck out on the road! Hopefully they get you leveled out quickly!

Got our rig back. The control board went out and the dealer replaced it on their “dime.” But the new board was not compatible with our touch pad so that had to be placed as well. Working ok so far but the new pad is terrible! It’s so small and trying to “touch” the icons is very hard and the labels are soooo small!!

Good that you're back in action, But based on what I read here regarding dealers I don't really trust what they say. So I find it strange the pads weren't compatible, when ours was replaced we got a larger one because the tech didn't have the size we had, so no compatibility issues there. You might try calling Lippert customer service to verify their story.
