We have a Suburban oven in our camper. When we use the oven the stainless steel door gets very hot. Our old camper oven had a black door and we never had a problem with getting burned while using it. Is this normal for stainless steel oven doors or is there a way to fix it? I have googled and tried to find answers, but am not finding much. Thank you for any input.

I would contact KZ, with your VIN, though I suspect that they'll just tell you to contact Suburban directly. Have the s/n of the oven available. IMO, the color of the door has very little to do with the outside getting hot, and it's probably something internal to the door...like they forgot to put the correct insulation in it, or something.
