Hi, looking to see if anyone with a KZ has experienced the same problem that I am having. I recently went on a month trip and had lots of rain, I really mean buckets full.
When I got home I crawled under the trailer and found all the insulation on the two main beams of the steel frame , front to back, was soaked, you could ring it out there was som much water in it.
However the centre strip, back to front was dry, not even damp.
So I cut away the plastic sheeting, exposed all the pipes and ran water through all the taps and drains......no leaks.
I never used the grey or black tanks, so not them.
Doubt it's the roof, as the main metal frame is a foot in from the walls and they are dry all along. Just a over the frame and 6 inches or so in..all along on each side of the trailer.
Dont want to reassemble until I feel I have fixed the leak. My neighbour thinks it was caused by water splashing up from the tyres, but I am sceptical as surely that is what the plastic bottom is for.
Looking for some advice.
Thanks

Look every where for an opening under there. I found mine open around the front levelers, not the same model but a place to look. All opening under there need closed with tape or spray foam.

I wanted to buy a used 160 QB 2018 last year and the trailer had the same problem the repairman thinks the water has entered while driving in the heavy rain you could also look between the front at the bottom and the start at the bottom finally I bought a new trailer Good luck !!

I'm with Edd505, look around levelers, I put spray insulation around mine to keep out water an critters As well check seals around slides, water can travels any places you don't think it can !!!! I just spent 7k replacing 3 slide floors in a 4 year old G384RLT because seals in two window in the main slide window went bad along with slide seals around the slide's themselves ....
