Looking for some input. My tow vehicle is a 2009 GMC Sierra 2500HD with the duramax/Allison trans combo. Looking at adding rear spring assist to level the truck out better when 5th Wheel is locked in. I've looked into Airlift air bags, Timbrens and Sumo Springs. Just wondering if anyone would like to share their opinion on any or all of them? TIA

I added Timbrens to my F350. My truck when hooked up is at dead level. My wife noticed the difference in the ride, as she works on her computer. Expansion joints at bridges were smoother, and overall the ride is better. My humble 2 cents Kirt

I had Firestone bags on an F250 and loved them. I had separate valves next to the license plate so IF it needed side to side I was able, never did. Just remember the bags need some air at all times or they can rub holes. I opted for no on board compressor, I would load and air, you know how much after just a coupe trips. I have a compressor in the 5W for just in case.

If you feel that you're sagging too much, you just might be overloaded on the pin. Just sayin'... Lyle

We also added Firestone bags on our F350 and loved them. I had separate valves next to the license plate ... Like EDD505 you have to watch an make sure you have air in the bags all the time otherwise you can run holes in them ... Safe Travels Chuck
