We just arrived at a campsite and disconnected our truck from the Durango. When I initially hit the auto level button the status light on the outdoor panel blinked red. I manually lowered the front of the trailer a few inches as it looked higher than usual. Since then, whenever I attempt to auto level, the system is trying to drop the front of the trailer on the ground. So we leveled manually for tonight.
Has anybody else seen this behavior from the system? Do I need to reset the level calibration? Any advice is much appreciated.

We have a Durango 2021 301RLT I had our trailer in for service it was there for a week and half to two weeks I am sure it sat outside most of the time , but when I went to pick it up i went to put it to hitch height and it blinked red i tried a few times same result . I had service send a guy out he did a reset we found the instructions on the inside of the propane door . They thought it was the battles low but we have two 220 panels solar panels on the roof so I don`t understand why it would have been batteries unless it was inside longer than I thought . Not sure if this helps your situation but I thought I would put my 2 cents in . Hope it works out for you . Ken

Update: we arrived at a new campsite today and the system worked perfectly. Mystical.

Yes, they do that. Mine has gone simple a couple of times. A reset seemed to set things straight. One thing I have discovered this the 4 point system does like being over extended- AKA "Out of stroke" tends to set error codes.

Just a guess but the first red light and have been low voltage the system is very power sensitive, maybe a loose 7 pin connector while traveling. I have the 6 point system but I solved my out of stroke by using a stack of legos under each leg, also stops some of the wiggle walking inside. If the system keeps forgetting where level is (zero point in LCI speak) you may have to check the sensors are all tight in place, I had one come loose, once fixed it has worked as it should.

Out of stroke is one problem that can get you a rad light for sure on your lever, when I get a red light on the one panel that sets the front legs on the battery door I go to the main control panel an use it, this seems to to work ... As well we have a ford an have a fuse in the glove box for trailers, we have two plugs for trailers, one in the bed of the truck an one below the bumper ... I found out that you have to be really careful an make sure your receiver plug pins are clean an making contact ... Safe Travels Chuck

We have the Lippert 6 point hydraulic Level Up system. when starting the auto level process the nose must be above level. It begins the auto level process by lowering the nose. If you are not familiar with this, when that nose starts down, it can be unnerving. But that's the way it is supposed to work. If you have the electric Ground Control system ... I have no idea how they work. Ron

I wasn't sure if it hit a certain point it would just tip over. That was beyond unnerving but I was able to get the nose back where it belonged and it did no damage.
