Are you sure that the pads exist? A quick glance at the website wasn’t clear to me on that option or feature.

My 2021 382 does not have pads however, behind the basement panel, there is a hose that directs hot air below to what looks like the tanks area

My 2021 382 does not have pads however, behind the basement panel, there is a hose that directs hot air below to what looks like the tanks area That hose should run off your heater and heats the under belly and everything there, the plumbing runs just under the floor then the insulation and belly wrap. Heats pumped in the help from freezing but it only helps I WILL FREEZE it extremely low temp or longer periods. Expecting a freeze, prepare for it.

I'm with lynnmor looking at the Kz site I see no heating pads, as Edd505 stated there is a heat duct that heats the storage area an underbelly ... We have been in 15 degree weather overnight an not had any problems ... Of course we disconnect the water hose nightly an have water in our storage tank to use ... Safe Travels Chuck
