This might be a long rant so hold on. I'm not a noob camper, started out in tents and moved up. In 2010 bought my first KZ a Sportsman 314BH. Never had a single quaility issue with it. Sold it when the kids grew up and did there own thing. so, wife and I went back to KZ since we had such good luck with them. 2020 bought a NEW Sportsman LE 241RK. What has happened to the quaility control??? After each weekend of camping, I spend the following week fixing quaility mistakes. 1. Shower sky light bezel ring cracked.(Fixed that before our first trip) 2. AC duct work collasped.(Must have been collasped when installed) 3. Dinet back broke, cheap 1x1 used and stapled together. 4. Dinet trim falling off, staples again failed. 5. Flip down door under couch never stayed closed, mis-aligned clasp. 6. Electrical face plates falling off. 7. Grey water drain pipe cracked and dripping. 8. Black water tank gauge wires rubbing slide out mechanism. 9. Kitchen faucet when running cold water it will cycle thru hot and cold. not sure how to fix this one. This unit should have never left the factory like this. Thor industries cutting corners and ruining what was a good company.

Well looks like you have found out what many of us have, staples do not work, if your bed tips up for storage the supports under it will also come out. Might add that to your list of needs fixed. Your like many of us her we fix the small stuff instead of leaving the RV at the dealers months to have the little things fixed. Not sure why the are still using staples as there ar many post on staples not holding and I know KZ monitors the post here, they chime in on occasion.
