Wow did we ever have a good time at the Rally this year. KZ went over and beyond. Walter and Lauri great hosts. Can't wait until next year.
When we got home and started to open the slides, the center button on our one touch control was missing. This is the start button. When I took the control off the wall for some reason it woke up and we were able to open up. Boy did I ever get sticker shock when I looked at the prices of a One Touch Control 406345. I plan on calling Lippert today and see what they say. I wish it had of happened while we were at the Rally.

Contacted Lippert Customer Service. Seems they want to send me a new control.

Got the new control in a few days. The install was simple. Now to get it on my phone and hopefully prevent wearing this one out too. According to Lippert the button malfunction in fairly common.

Our Touch control was $350 with shipping from LCI, local RV dealer would sell us one for $350 straight up ... Glad everyone had a great time at the rally, sorry we couldn't make it but out trailer was still bring repaired at the dealer with new slide floors Ugh !!! What I did find out about the touch control was that if the top part of the window didn't work, there is a bottom part that has the same things on it... thus you can slide your finger up an the same items appear from the bottom up ... thus instead of buy new controller I just use the bottom of the controller which works very well an save some money ... Safe Travels Chuck
