We have a 2019 Sportster 31th10 toy hauler and on our last trip we found moisture in the linen closet , sadly all our towels for the trip were wet and stinky.
The wood grain paper around the doors had peeled and the door panels were swelled.
I purchased rechargeable dehumidifiers for the closet in hopes it will help.
Just an FYI for everyone to check their compartments , I've learned to empty this compartment and leave the doors open when not in use.

Better find out where the moisture is coming from.

We have the same model of toy hauler, had it since 2017. We've been in pretty severe conditions and never saw that type of condensation. As the others said, you need to check whether you have a leak. If it's the closet between the bathroom sink and the front door, I can't think of anything that would be leaking other than the roof. This is our fifth season with our 311TH10. We really love it and intend to keep it for several more years. Keep fixing the inevitable problems that come up and you'll have a great rig for long time.
