I will definitely take a look at that wiring: Thanks for the tip! I just had it at the dealer on Saturday for some other unrelated minor warranty issues & I explained the intermittent breaker tripping problem. They said they checked all relevant wiring connections and tried running all loads to run the amps up but could not duplicate the problem or get it to trip. They also load tested the battery, it was good? So I'll check the actual output voltage first, if its at 13.6 Volts then I will check & reroute the converter wire if required & if I have the same 20 amp spare. If that doesn't fix it I'll probably end up with an upgrade of the converter like laknox recommended.

You =could= void the warranty on the entire electrical system, if KZ gets pissy about it. IMO, it's better to band aid it until the day =after= the warranty expires. Now, if you can get KZ to sign off on the swap and it's done at a KZ service center, then you shouldn't have any issues, buuuuut.... Lyle

Quick follow up. Anyway took the D333RTL to the dealer they found the converter to be good and doing what its supposed to do. The battery checked out ok. However, the double pole 20amp did pop (throw) so he moved the wiring for the converter over to the washer/dryer since we elected not to install them He also replaced the double pole 20 breaker since it has shut down so many times. Wasnt really clear to me why the converter was throwing the 20 amp breaker. So far no issue.

Thanks for the follow up, it sounds like the dealer did what needed to be done. As to why the breaker kept popping- it was probably bad right out of the gate.
