I'm not familiar with that brand name? Have you checked all the connections etc.?

Check the power going to camera. Is it powered up with your vehicle lights on? Check the antenna to make sure it didn’t fall off.

Now after wait signal it has a blue screen. Nothing was done to the camera at any point any one have any suggestions? 1) Are your headlights on? The camera base on these trailers is powered from the center rear clearance light. If your lights aren’t on, there’s no power to the camera. 2) I have the Furrion camera so this may not apply to yours. My camera’s power connection is via a stereo type jack that connects to the trailer. Mine intermittently lost power, froze, then went to a blue screen. Then it would come back on and the cycle would repeat itself. My son’s Furrion did the same thing. We both removed the factory connectors and spliced the wires directly using crimp connectors. Both have worked flawlessly since Jay

I have an issue with my furion observation camera installed on my 2018 qb 160 trailer. When the ignition switch is moved forward, we have a pic and sound. When we start the truck (2017 gmc terrain), we loose the pic and blue screen and signal message appears. Turns out that we only have 9 volts going to the camera through the trailer running lights. If I hook up a 12 car battery with the extra wiring furion provides, I don,t have any problems. Check the voltage at your running light socket. I plan to hook up the extra wire furion provided to my 12 volt side of my distribution electrical panel. I,ll use a illuminated rocker switch to connect to my camera. That way we can turn the camera on and off without fear of draining the battery. I connected my 2002 gmc truck to the trailer and had NO issues with the camera. Furion is aware of some newer vehicle having issues and they are designing an power adapter to solve this issue ( not available yet)
