What the RV biz uses is a luan paneling with a vinyl- paper stuck to it. Based on where it's coming loose, I would suspect a corner molding is letting water in, water just doesn't come in from the roof. Water is very good at finding any weakness in sealant. Also, not to insult your dealer, but dealers aren't the most reliable when it comes to inspecting roof sealant, or any sealant for that matter. It's unlikely, but it could just be coming off due to lousy glue.

I’d have to second the fact that that looks very much like water is getting in somewhere.

I have a 2018 241RLK that had the same damage after the 2 year warranty expired. The leak was coming from a cut in the exterior siding along the strip that joins the front cap and siding. No indication what caused the siding to fail. Upon inspecting the sealing strip on both sides of the front cap by removing the rubber insert in the strip it was discovered the screws attaching the strip were rusty, missing or not screwed in all way. I had them inspect and correct both sides of the front cap to side sealing strip by removing any rusty screws, installing screws that were missing and making sure all screws were fully tightened. I then had them to run a pressure test on the unit and they found there were no leaks around the front cap but there were several windows that needed to be resealed.
I was able to contact KZ parts/customer service and obtain 24 inch wide "seam tape" in the original color by giving them the units VIN number. Even that too 2 tries as the first material they sent was wrong so I sent thenm a sample by removing a piece of the failing material. I will replace the damaged paper this spring once I am convinced there was no additional damage this winter. Fortunately damage was limited to inside the closet and the pass through storage compartment on the driver side of the trailer.
Sorry I did not see this sooner and I hope this helps.
