We are on the first trip in our new trailer. This floorplan has a tall "live edge" table and stools. Yesterday when we arrived in the Pocono Mountains, the legs, which are screwed in thru a small pocket had pulled out, and were laying against the bench. We have had this trailer 10 days and pulled it 2500 miles, table legs not a problem I was expecting. At trip to the local hardware store for angle brackets and fatter longer screws, resulted in a stronger table then new.
A heads up for anyone who has this floorplan. Kirt

Kirt You know that trailers are like boats, one is a big hole in the water you throw money onto an the other is the hole on wheels you throw money at
As I'm sure you have read some owners had to fix cabinets, microwaves coming loose or down, draws coming apart, in my case de-lamination on three of the slides on a 4 now 5 year old trailer that has been closed up half it's life .... So take heart, there is more to come sooner or later LOL hopefully it won't cost you an arm an two legs ....
Safe Travels

That's the reason for this forum, we fix what the engineers messed up. They say pulling them down the roads like being in an earth quake, things come apart. Lucky many of us are handy fixers, too expensive to have done and who wants to wait months on a dealer that will have it done in half a day, went they get to it. Warranty work need to be like autos' take it to any dealer that sells that make, done. RV's he** no that it too the selling dealer. Until the factories demand they fix what they sell we need to be repairman.

I still think Rv'ers should start a movement and and start sending invoices to the manufacturers, not just KZ, demanding payment for fixing anything and everything while we're under warranty. Then, start a web site about what we had to fix while under warranty and how we did it. Date, age since sold, what happened and what we did. Include pics and comments about the "didn't buy it here" or "soonest would be 3 months, unless we have one of =our= customers come in first" crap. Personally, I'd find it interesting to do data correlations on what happened and how it was fixed. Like Kirt's table legs. How many have come apart? If he's an outlier or if this is happening to 25% of them? We could call it the Alice's Restaurant RV Owners' Massacree Movement! :-) Lyle

Damage WILL happen. But seriously, I’ve had to work on every one I’ve owned, some things I did as upgrades, some as repairs. I do wish they were built a little better. As a result, every time I work on something I try to improve on the original design. Jay

I think I would sick lemons all over the trailer more than dump the parts, Camp ground would get me for littering LOL ....
An Again I have to say the bones of the trailer are sound, it's the seals that I believe the dealer replace a year after one year an the original seal around the frame-less window on the outside an the seal around the front window in the main slide ...
As well again how do you get this much water damage to a 4 year old trailer that has been close up for almost 2 1/2 years ....
I have ask dealer to take pictures an document everything, we they your guess is as good as mine, I get the feeling they won't Ugh !!!
