We are out camping in our Connect RB261, and loving it. We have the extra A/C unit so it's keeping up with the Georgia heat and humidity!!!
We would have loved to have the option of NO STOVE, and put in a full sized, full power microwave where the oven is down lower. My wife is 5'4" and struggles a bit getting things out of the microwave up high. And we NEVER use the oven.... We would have paid extra to have storage where the microwave is, and a full size microwave down low.
We may actually make that change ourselves once the warranty period is up in a few months.

I agree about the oven. We have been camping for 20 years and have never once used our oven in any of our units. Convection microwaves would be the way to go for manufacturers.

To each their own, we use all of em, the oven, the microwave (it would be nice if it was a bit lower) and have added a toaster oven. But then we aren't big on going out.

I am the same as you we use the microwave/convection oven and the regular propane oven. We eat most meals in and utilize all of the appliances. We have also added to the arsenal of cooking tools, such as a 6qt electric pressure cooker and a 6qt air fryer.
