We just purchased a 2021 211MKSE. Unlike our previous RV, this one didn't come with a TV (something I assume KZ does on the lower end products).
Anyway, before I drill any holes, what's behind the wall? Will I find wood, aluminum, air,..? And, what advice/warnings can you give me?

We didn't go with TV on our trailer either (in bedroom) However the wall was marked where it was safe or perhaps solid to put the TV mounting hardware. We have a CONNECT RB261, and I wouldn't think the walls are solid enough to hold much of anything. They seem very thin.
Perhaps there is some 1x2 behind in some spots. If you have a STUD Sensor, for scanning through drywall to find studs, the same device should work on RV walls. However you may only find wood every 2 feet, not 16" on CENTER like a house

In the bedroom on my Sportrek I found the label, but it wasn't directly over the support, which turned out to be a soft 1 x 2. Use a stud finder to be sure!

Our 261RB came with a tv in the living area but not in the bedroom. There is a label where there is supposedly some blocking. Thank you for the advice of using a stud sensor.

Use a magnet or stud finder, there should be a metal "backer plate" where the TV mounts.
