I have a 2017 sonic lite with the pack and play door. I’ve been trying to stop a mysterious leak for the last year. I’ve recaulked everywhere but still have water that gets in and creates the lower bunk mattress to get wet. Anyone have this problem or know a way I can try and trace the leak?
thanks to those who responded. I’ll check out the door seal.

My guess is the door isn't compressing the gasket all the way around rather than the actual frame to body seal. But without seeing it, I can't be sure. For starters, go inside, have someone spray water at specific areas while you look for leakage. If that doesn't work, you can buy a kit from (if I remember right) Snap on tools that consists of a fluorescent dye you add to water and black light flashlight. You then spray this onto the suspect leaking area, go inside and with the black light flashlight look for bright fluorescent water. If you're friendly with an autobody shop, they might even have one you can borrow.

I had a small leak and added peal & stick form around the door from a box box store, added around the basement doors also.

Take a five dollar bill and close the door on it. If you can move it sideways it’s not sealing at all in that spot.
