I have seen this advertise it seems to good to be true that you can monitor your weight with this electronic device . Has anyone here tried it or presently using it . If so what is your opinion on it and does it actually work. It looks like it is under name Curt Better Weigh.

Saw a utube video on a test as I also was interested in getting one. The video was on the Curt model. Bottom line, it did not seem to work and involved lots of steps to set up.I dont have easy access to a CAT scale,so would really be pleased if this item worked.Hopefully some members have had 1st hand experience with it.

I have seen the videos also on this unit -- all with mixed reviews - there are scales at more areas - landscaping services, trash sites - some do it free - some a minor charge |

Thanks in advance always appreciate the feed back ken I remember seeing a YT video shot at a show, where the mfr was touting some sort of on-board scale system that, supposedly, gives individual wheel and pin weight. Heavily touted, but I've not seen anything since then from any mfr. Someone recently told me that Ford has an on-board scale on some trucks. Lyle |
