I have been finding water on the floor in small amounts in front of the bathroom door. I think it is the black water spray system somehow leaking and the water migrating to that area when we are driving. We normally run the system for about 2 minutes but last time out we ran it for about 5 minutes and we found a lot of water on the deck under the bunks.
I created an access to the area where the spray line attaches to the outside wall which is under the toilet deck only to find that the spray line comes into the trailer and then goes up the wall behind a cover in the corner of the bathroom and back down into the toilet deck area again where it goes to the black water tank. Judging by the dust under the toilet deck the water is not leaking there. Does anyone know why the hose goes up the wall? it is not integrated into the main water system as far as I can see.
I contacted KZ but was referred to the dealer who had no idea but would be glad to tear it apart to find out. I would be so much easier if the manufacturer would just tell me. I am sure a fabricator could tell me in an instant but they did not offer any help.
