Hello All Is there a special tool to remove the water pump from the pass through storage area floor? The brass looking nuts almost look like push down nuts inside the rubber feet. Are the mounting nuts under the floor which I have no idea how to properly gain access to them? All the youtube videos I've seen are all about Dodge. BooHoo! Cheers, Roy

Should be just wood screws?

Should be just wood screws? Wood screws would be easy. Sadly they are not wood screws. With a brass looking color hardware inside the rubber feet. Can't figure out what they are.

Yes, please post a pic, one thing to keep in mind with anything assembled in a factory (especially an RV)--assembly has to be as simple as it can be, with as few special tools / drive bits as possible. But, who knows what KZ did.... Years ago I worked on a Weekend Warrior where they used some really weird kinda-torx fasteners that you couldn't get drive bits for - or at least I could never find any. Why did they do that? They got a good deal.

lrhogusa, Don't feel dopey! We all have to figure it out at least once. Hands on work is the best education.

Soleman
I bought a complete set of DeWalt torx drill bits because I have found that if you think you have the right one you are wrong every time ... My tool box has grown over the years in the under trailer storage area to a small box to a 4 draw tool chest Ugh
