We have had our trailer in the same park for basically 8 months, one trip to the dealer otherwise no miles. Today I noticed a 2" stress crack in the fiber glass at the bottom right hand corner of bedroom slide. I then walked around the trailer, trying to see if there were any other spots, thankfully no. The crack would be hidden when the slide was in, I just looked up and noticed it. Is this a typical stress point? Thanks Kirt

A photo would help. I would wonder how the trailer is supported and if the ground or jacks settled. Scissors jacks can back off over time leaving one corner with little support. Also, tires can lose pressure putting undue stress on a jack. I install levels on opposite corners before putting a trailer in service, this is done with the frame leveled as nearly perfect as possible. With these levels installed properly I can see any twist or sagging. Your problem may not have come from the above, water infiltration or poor construction are other possibilities.

In addition to what Lynnmor said, if this is where I think you are describing, yes, that is a stress point. Many times you will see a piece of trim covering a routered joint in that area to allow for some movement.
