If you guys are lucky, some enterprising entrepreneur will design a plug-in switch panel. Wish I had the time, money and expertise to do it! Sounds like I could make some bank! :-) Lyle If you're talking direct plug into replace the touch pad, that's gonna be tough, as the panel communicates with the brain via an RJ45 connector, so I am guessing it's some sort of CANBUS. It seems to me the majority of the problems are due to the touchpad more than the brain itself (that was the case with my coach). Someone needs to source better components. Are you listening KZ? Lippert? That is correct. What I want to try is to fish wiring into the wall to add rocker switches in line with the panel. But... in order to do that I first have to unload my basement so I can remove the rear panel to access that area. The worst part may be unloading the basement! Lol Jay

Lol Jay Yeah..unloading everything to get the basement panel out was the worst part of installing the hardwired surge protector. In my coach I found they ran 90% of everything up one cavity in the wall between the bathroom / kitchen, so running the wire for the remote to the surge was easy- like throwing a hotdog down a hallway.
