Has anyone had this problem, put the awning out on our 2020 Connect 261RL only to have it not retract. Did some checking and found the wire going to the motor too short and it became unplugged. Remedied the issue myself.

We are still waiting to have our awning fixed for a second time.
The awning the use for Connect trailers is still patent pending for a reason. It sucks.
The outdoor control panel on the arm of the awning let's water in and then... Nothing. 😕

Hmmm, I didn't realize there was an outdoor control panel. I have 2020 Connect 261RB, and I don't think we have any outdoor control for the awning. We have another trip in 3 weeks, I will need to look more closely. is it on the ARM of the awning?
