We finally pulled the trigger on a RV. It is a Escape Mini m181ks and just the right size for the two of us! Too many years on the ground in a tent its finally nice to actually have a bed off the ground. Found this trailer on Facebook Marketplace and by all research we got a pretty good deal on this unit. It is in great shape, though we don't have any of the owners/users manuals. Thank god for Google, right? Looking forward to our first adventure here in a couple weeks down at Caballo Lake, NM. Any tips or tricks you can share with us to make our first go at it, worry free and pleasurable?

Welcome to the forum. Feel free to ask questions, as this is one of the best forums, no wise guy answers here.
Best quick tip I can come up with is to "camp" in your driveway or somewhere close to home for your shakedown cruise. I am sure others will have thoughts.

Congrats on the new to you rig and welcome to the KZ family and forum! nvguy just gave the best possible advice; take it out somewhere close to home or better yet, spend a few nights in it in your driveway. If something comes up, you aren't in the middle of nowhere, unless like me, you live in the middle of nowhere. Best of luck and safe travels!
