Does anyone know where the wiring is on the KZ Sportsman SE 217 BHK? I thought there would be a faceplate or something.

On my Escape 201BH there was a faceplate in the cabin area with the King WIFI on it, and on the roof the other end was in either the antenna box or a Wire cap -- was a quick install

Hi idmt,
I just started a new thread, but on my Sportrek, the King prewire wifi plate had a hole but no wire. I tried to fish around up there but cant find anything...it sounded like the cable was right there for you? Im hesitant to cut a bigger hole up there to find it...

Yep it was there - maybe just a little up in the ceiling - didn't have to fish soo much Alex

How did you get to the wire inside? Also, did you just mount the antenna anywhere or was there a space on the roof already?

You can buy pretty inexpensive endoscopes that clip onto your phone that will allow you to look up there. I've seen them on Amazon from $25-100. Lyle

Inspection Camera $60: linkMy son-in-law has one of those. Comes in handy a couple times a year. The advantage of the cell phone units is that the camera lead is usually a bit longer and it's much thinner, making it easier to get into tight spots. That being said, I've never used one, but I know people who have, and they work pretty well. Lyle

This is my first post/reply. I have the Durango Gold FLF. I looked for literally weeks trying to find the wiring for the wifi. I found a faceplate with KING wifi on it. Ahh! I found it--NOPE there was a face plate but there was not even a hole for any wires to come out. Contacted dealership they really couldn't advise. They said cut through the paneling and there should be wires behind it. Hmm, .... Finally I was on top of my unit putting covers on my Fantastic fans and notice a set of antennas at the FRONT of the trailer. Two singular antennas kinda at an angle to each other and on them was the KING name. Got me looking again and just yesterday, I was putting some equipment on the basement and low and behold there it was! in the basement attached to the bottom of the floor of the living room. As mentioned earlier from someone, they could be just about anywhere. Happy camping everybody!!
