How do I know if my fridge runs on electric?switch says auto..off..gas...do I run on auto for electric

Welcome!
Yes, AUTO will automatically switch to electric when it is available. GAS will force it to use gas only, handy when the electric supply is marginal. I'll let you guess what OFF means.
It would be a good idea to download the owners manual for each appliance and system on your trailer. If you carry a laptop or other device, those files will take no physical room and you will have the correct information at any time.

Mine came with all the manuals, install & owners, I have downloaded and printed the leveling system. Like Lyle I prefer printed as I have access anytime by opening a cabinet.

I also prefer printed, but my entire digital library is just a flash drive away, as I keep a flash drive with every manual/ tech note in the coach.

I have all the printed material in the coach so it's handy anywhere, and keep a digital copy on my laptop... and a copy on a flash drive Spent the last 20 years of my career in the IT world so I back up EVERYTHING!
