My led screen does not work. Just lines thru it. Can't operate the slides. Has anyone else had this problem?

There is a small hole in the corner of the screen, gently push in with a paper clip or pin and see if it resets. No, download the one control app and see if it will work off the phone. Someone else may have another idea. A call to LCI tech in the morning may also get you back up if this does not work. They walked be through a leveling issue when the system just quit.

As Edd said, do a screen reset. While that is going on, download the LCI app as it allows you to run things with your phone. I find it handy when running the slides out in a tight campground- making sure the slide will clear things like branches. If the screen is bad, and if you are somewhat skilled see if LCI will just send you a replacement rather than sitting at a dealer forever. LCI replaced my screen at the rally a couple of years ago, it wasn't a big deal.

Once when the battery was low on ours, I was able to use the phone app to operate the slides using shore power while my battery recharged. On mine, there is a bar code on the ceiling of the basement that you can scan with your phone camera to load the app. It's pretty straight forward.

I'll add if none of these work call LCI, they have a great tech support. They walked me through trouble shooting when my auto level quit completely, I was able to manual level but no auto.

Hi everyone, when we purchased our durango gold we received no instruction manual on the LCI touchscreen. Unfortunately we have an issue with the dealership and cannot just go waltzing in for help. KZ has been helpful to a point but best to come to those having been through some of these pains.... So the LCI screen, I have to push really hard on it, double tap, wait, get frustrated over it, maybe it flips over to the next screen, etc... When it comes to setting up the hitch height to your truck (memorizing), then detaching, leveling sequence, and ultimately the sequence for reattaching with getting the jacks up and having the 5th wheel brought back to it's memorized level is frustrating. Can someone help a fellow owner out with some instruction? I seem to constantly get the red blinking or solid red light outside and have to clear it on the inside.

Had to wait for my batteries to recharge.

On mine, all I have had to do is push the hitch height button on the exterior control and it works so I haven’t had that issue. I did, however, have to reset my zero point (LCI speak for level setting) so that it would level correctly. It would always be nose down and low on the street side, which puts your head down when sleeping. I don’t know if resetting the zero point would help your issue or not. Jay

I don't have the same system, just the 4-pt auto-level, but I've never been able to get the hitch height to line up right. After messing around with it the first half-dozen times, I just gave up on it, and manually eyeball the pin when hitching up.

Lyle Hitch height only works if there have been no readjustments since the RV was dropped. Disconnect level and when ready to rehook hit hitch height, should go back to the height you dropped at.

If I did that, I might lift the back end of my truck off the ground, in some of the places I park. :-) In front of my house, I'd collapse the suspension, as the nose drops a good 8" when I auto-level in the street. :-) Lyle

Zero point, LCI speak for level has to be set. Lift to unhook height and drive out and level. Now do not touch and leveling controls, spend you time and when ready to go hit hitch height and the TT should go back to the height you drove away from. You may have to manually drop it back on the hitch, some times my 5W is perfect and others I need a minor adjustment. I think that al has to do with how high I left to disconnect, the hitch is tight so if I can get it just off the 5W I'm good, a bit higher I have to adjust. I always look as it makes connection to see the king pins locked in place and the jaws are fully around. Then I just hit retract all and stand back hooking breakaway switch and put my step stool away.

I always use the manual up or down until I have just the right pressure on the plate of the hitch. Hitch height will get me in the ball park but manual to where I want it.
