The Manual says to replace the caulking on the roof vents and skylights etc every year , its a 2016 339 RKS model every year what brand and type of caulking should be used . The roof is a tan colour

You need to inspect the roof and caulking at least once per year. Even the smallest crack needs to be addressed immediately. You only need to actually remove caulking if it is hard and cracking. Be aware that caulking can look good but not be adhering to the parts. Pro Flex RV is a popular choice, but be sure it is compatible with your roof.
