Hi all KZ family!
Hope this message finds everyone safe and well. It has been a while since I posted, and need some Durango advice. I have 2 rocker recliners that I would like to remove and store for extra space inside the rig and just visually it does not look like they will fit through the door or the deck sliding glass door. Need the extra space as I'm moving in to the rig full time and have pups who want to run. Anyone have experience with doing such?

Cathy A lot of times, the backs are removable to help with this. Also, since they =are= recliners, I wonder if you could recline them, turn them on their sides, and slide them out that way. I like having them in my rig, but they are =way= too big for the space and block off the pantry and part of the sofa if you have them out far enough to not keep slamming them into the window blinds. Agreed they are comfy and awesome along with way way too big. Mine do block the sofa which is probably like yours a recliner too. Since there is one of me the majority of the time the 2 chairs are always empty. I have a deck on my rig and a sliding door which they block most of the time, so I would like to remove them and put in storage as I am not ready to part with them.
I've surfed the web for youtube videos to see if anyone has done such. I may breakdown and call the dealership soon after measuring to see if it's something I can do on my own.

Backs come off all the factory stuff in mine, Love seat & couch.

Backs do come off (or at least ours did). If I remember, the back upholstery is velcroed down, a couple of screws and the back comes right off.
